Step inside the Ice Lounge- completely made out of 100% pure Canadian ice; the walls, the bar, the sculptures, the seating and even the glasses (custom-designed, made from New Zealand artesian water) that guests enjoy our famous vodka-based cocktails in. The focus at Minus 5 is the art of ice.  Guests enjoy our own ice carver who changes the lounge and sculptures every six to eight weeks, continually reinventing the experience sure to grab the attention of any group function. Imagine coming to the desert and having an event or conference function in a room made entirely of ice followed by a catered reception in a sumptuous Aspen-style lodge bar.
