Benjamin Princic has a diverse background in coaching and business, currently serving as the JV Head Coach at St. Edward High School since November 2023. Simultaneously, Benjamin works as a Benefits Service Specialist at Minute Men HR, a position held since November 2019. Their coaching experience includes roles as Head & Assistant Coach at CLE Prospects Baseball Club since January 2021 and as an Assistant Baseball Coach for the Brownlee Lookouts Baseball Program in 2018. Benjamin's early career involved various positions, including Leader at Blue Rose Group and Sales Associate with the Cleveland Indians. From May 2017 to July 2019, Benjamin worked as an Assistant at Chagrin Painting Company, where responsibilities expanded significantly over time. Benjamin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Wittenberg University and is currently pursuing a Master of Education in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management at Cleveland State University.
