Joe Kleinjans

Joe Kleinjans is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in electrical design and application engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Minuteman International since August 2020, Joe is responsible for the electrical design of both new and existing products. Prior to this role, Joe worked as a Senior Application Engineer at Curtiss-Wright Controls Industrial from May 2014 to August 2020, providing support for industrial motor controllers, joysticks, and sensor products. Joe's career began at Tennant Company, where positions included Electrical Engineer, Technician Specialist, and Electrical System Designer from May 1998 to April 2014, with responsibilities encompassing electric floor cleaning vehicle electrical solutions and test engineering. Joe Kleinjans holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Electronics Engineering Technology and an Associate of Applied Science in Industrial Electronics Technology, both from Ferris State University.
