Ishika Goyal

Ishika Goyal's work experience includes various roles and internships in the financial and educational sectors.

At Fidelity Investments, they worked as a Research Associate Intern, focusing on analyzing credits, including municipal and corporate bonds and loans. Ishika also presented their findings to portfolio managers. Ishika also served as a Diverse Investors Student Experience Intern, rotating through equity, fixed income, and asset allocation divisions within the Asset Management division. Ishika completed research projects on asset allocation and buy-side research, including retirement paths and equity and credit profiles of companies.

Ishika held leadership positions at Smart Woman Securities UMass Amherst Chapter, serving as the Chief Research Officer (CRO) and Chair of the Fundraising Committee.

At Minutemen Fixed Income Fund, Ishika worked as a Sector Head and Senior High Yield Analyst, maintaining coverage on the Industrials sector and mentoring junior analysts. Ishika also served as a High Yield Analyst, participating in research and producing credit reports and presentations for a corporate paper portfolio. Additionally, they were a member of the Diversity in Fixed Income (DIFI) Program.

Ishika worked as a Computer Technician at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and as an Employee at Kumon North America, Inc., where they tutored students and supervised other employees. Ishika also served as a Teaching Assistant at Einstein's Workshop, teaching coding, laser-cutting, and circuitry to young students at a STEM summer camp.

In the future, Ishika will be a Career Developer at the Manning College of Information and Computer Sciences at UMass Amherst.

Ishika Goyal attended Lexington High School from 2016 to 2020. Ishika then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Informatics at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, starting in 2020 and expected to graduate in 2024.
