High Yield Analyst at Minutemen Fixed Income Fund

Shriyaa Chittibabu has a strong and diverse work experience. In 2019, they participated in the National Security Language Initiative for Youth program, receiving a full scholarship from the U.S. Department of State to study Mandarin in China. Shriyaa showed significant progress and was recognized as the highest achieving student in their class.

In 2021, Shriyaa joined the Minutemen Equity Fund's Diversity Development Program, where they gained exposure to stock pitches, equity research, and the financial industry. Shriyaa actively participated in meetings to discuss market trends and SMID cap growth investments.

At Starbucks, Shriyaa worked as a barista from May 2021 to August 2022.

In 2022, they were selected to be part of the Goldman Sachs 2022 Possibilities Summit. Shriyaa also participated in the Fidelity Investments Boundless Mentorship Program.

During the same year, Shriyaa joined the Minutemen Fixed Income Fund as a High Yield Analyst. Shriyaa'srole involved researching and pitching high-yield bonds, analyzing macroeconomic trends, and industry fundamentals to form investment recommendations.

In 2022, they also became an Incoming Summer Intensive Scholar at Girls Who Invest. Shriyaa followed an online learning curriculum focused on investment concepts and completed three online modules from CFA Institute, Wall Street Prep, and Wharton Online.

Starting in 2023, Shriyaa will be an Incoming Investment Intern at Davidson Kempner Capital Management, gaining experience in investment operations.

Shriyaa Chittibabu began their education in 2019 at the Massachusetts Academy of Math & Science. Shriyaa then pursued dual enrollment at Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they are enrolled at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, where they are expected to complete their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Finance by 2025. Alongside their BBA, they are also pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics as a secondary major and a minor in Computer Science at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Shriyaa has not yet obtained any additional certifications, including Salesforce Trailhead, from Salesforce.
