Emamuzo Omokiti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer relationship management and technical writing. Currently serving as the Customer Relationship Management Manager at MINWO Inc. since April 2021, Emamuzo excels in developing trust with key clients and stakeholders while ensuring prompt issue resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
