Gina Xu

Gina Xu is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in quantitative research and data analytics. Currently serving as a Senior Quantitative Research Analyst at MIO Partners, Inc. since February 2024, Gina previously worked as a Quant Researcher at CaaS Capital Management from February 2021 to January 2024, focusing on global equity and derivatives. Prior experience includes an Associate role in Risk & Treasury Data Analytics at Ellington Management Group from September 2017 to January 2021, and a Sales and Trading Intern position at Deutsche Bank in the summer of 2016, specializing in FICC and credit market making. Gina holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics of Finance from Columbia University and a combined Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering and General Business Management from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Academic background includes attending The Affiliated High School of South China Normal University.
