Xiaobai Xue has worked in three different companies, starting in 2017. In 2017, they worked as a Technical Sales Engineer at DHI. In 2018, they worked as a Health Safety Environment Consultant at 艾咏健. Currently, they are a Consulting Director at MioTech, a position they have held since 2021.

Xiaobai Xue obtained their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology between 2009 and 2012. xiaobai then went on to obtain their FH Diplom in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from Technische Hochschule Lübeck between 2012 and 2013. Finally, they obtained their Master's degree in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from Hamburg University of Technology between 2013 and 2017.
