Farid Semmahi

Farid Semmahi is an experienced technical project manager and engineer with a diverse background in customer support and technical solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Project Manager at Derq since July 2025 and as a Field Solutions Engineer and Customer Success Manager at Miovision since August 2023, Semmahi previously held roles including Lead Technical Support & Escalation Engineering at CT Northwest from June 2016 to July 2023, and Voice of Customer - Photos at Apple. Earlier positions also include Technical Support / Software QA Engineer at BlackBag Technologies and Technical Support Manager at Traficon, specializing in embedded video detection systems for the transportation industry. Semmahi's career began as a Software Quality Control Engineer at Lernout and Hauspie Speech Products after obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Katholieke Hogeschool Brugge-Oostende.
