Karinne Silva

Karinne Silva started their work experience in 2010 as a System Engineer at Instituto Atlântico until 2015. Karinne then worked at First Derivatives Canada from 2017 to 2021 as a Business/Quality Analyst, where they wrote functional specifications, supported development and QA teams, and communicated with stakeholders. Currently, they are working at Miovision as a Quality Assurance Engineer. Karinne'sresponsibilities include designing and implementing application software, performing various types of testing, and developing automated testing methodologies.

Karinne Silva's education history includes a variety of academic achievements. In 2004, they attended the Federal University of Ceara where they earned a degree in Telematics Engineering with a focus on Digital Image Processing. Karinne then pursued further education and from 2008 to 2010, they attended the Universidade Estadual de Campinas where they obtained a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Digital Image Processing. Continuing their educational journey, they attended the University Christus from 2013 to 2014 and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a field of study in Project Management. Finally, in 2016 to 2017, they studied at Humber College and obtained a diploma in Business Management.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Karinne has also obtained several certifications. In 2013, they became a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance. The following year, in 2014, they acquired the PMI-ACP certification from the PMI - Project Management Institute. Lastly, in 2015, they received the Lean Kanban (LKU) certification from the Lean Kanban University.
