Olivia Babcock

Senior Field Solutions Engineer at Miovision

Olivia Babcock has a diverse work experience. Olivia started their career as a Petroleum Engineer in Training at the Department of Energy and Mines in 2014. In 2016, they worked as a Research Assistant at the University of New Brunswick. Following that, they joined Wood as an Engineer in Training, where they gained extensive experience in traffic engineering. Their role included conducting field work, data analysis, modeling, and designing traffic signals. Olivia also assisted in the design of signalized intersections and roundabouts, prepared technical reports, and developed public information materials. In 2020, Olivia Babcock joined Miovision as a Traffic Engineering Specialist, helping customers understand and utilize their data to improve traffic signal timing plans.

Olivia Babcock completed their Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering at the University of New Brunswick from 2011 to 2016. Olivia also holds additional certifications in IoT Foundations: Fundamentals and The 3-Minute Rule: Say Less to Get More, both obtained from LinkedIn in November 2022.
