Ryan Kraatz

Ryan Kraatz has a strong background in software quality assurance and product ownership. Ryan started their career at Open Text as a QA Co-op in 2002. In 2006, they joined IGLOO Inc. as a Quality Assurance specialist and worked there until 2009. At Electronic Arts, Ryan worked from 2009 to 2016, where they served as a Senior QA Lead, leading teams across different locations and time zones. Since 2016, Ryan has been working at Miovision, initially as a Software QA Lead and later transitioning to the role of Product Owner in April 2020.

Ryan Kraatz attended Conestoga College from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in Computer Engineering Technology. Ryan also holds additional certifications such as "Stop Overthinking and Manage Your Inner Critic," "Coping with Impostor Syndrome to Build Career Confidence," "How to Use LinkedIn Learning," "Learning the OWASP Top 10," "Foundations" from Pragmatic Institute, and "PMC Level I" from Pragmatic Institute. These certifications were obtained between 2020 and 2023.
