Angelica Nieman is a Senior Business Analyst currently working at MIP since September 2023, with prior experience at Bitventure and Vectra Business Technologies in similar roles. Angelica served as a Council Member for VOCAL Council, contributing to a global community focused on automation technologies. Previously at Q LINK Holdings, Angelica led automation initiatives as an RPA Automation Lead and engaged with business stakeholders as a Business Analyst. Angelica’s career in business analysis began at Ctrack, where responsibilities varied from customer care to business operations management. Angelica holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Informatics from the University of South Africa and has completed various certifications in informatics and business analysis.
