Currently serving as the Corporate Services Manager at Mipac since May 2022, Jessica leads the Human Resources, finance, and administration teams while reporting to the Managing Director. Prior to this role, Jessica held various positions at G8 Education Ltd, including Head of Capability - Learning & Development, General Manager People & Culture, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Coordinator, contributing significantly to organizational growth and HR strategy development. Jessica has a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Human Resources and Business Psychology from Griffith University and has completed partial coursework toward a Bachelor of Laws at Queensland University of Technology.
