Philippe Pauwels

Philippe Pauwels has extensive experience in human resources and information systems, beginning with roles at KIABI from September 1985 to July 2013, where positions included Directeur des Etudes Informatiques - Métiers Supports, responsible for overseeing the vision and evaluating changes in accounting, finance, and HR systems. Later roles at KIABI involved managing the operational aspects of the accounting and financial systems, leading teams, and directing the development of accounting tools. Since March 2015, Philippe has been at mipih, currently serving as Directeur de l'Offre GRH et PAIE, focusing on the conception, development, deployment, and support of HR and payroll solutions across the Amiens and Toulouse sites. Philippe also held leadership roles in human resource products and services, showcasing strong expertise in product direction and project management. Philippe holds a D.E.S.C.A.E degree with a focus on finance and accounting from SKEMA Business School.
