Pernilla Holmgren has had a diverse range of roles in various companies throughout their career. Pernilla is currently working as the Global Head of Trade Marketing at Mips since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Dometic as the Global Marketing Manager and Global Project Manager from January 2021 to March 2022. Pernilla also has experience as the Global Senior Campaign Manager at Haglöfs AB and held multiple positions at the adidas Group, including Senior Manager Retail Space, Senior Trade Marketing Manager, and Senior Brand Communications Manager. Pernilla also has experience in the beauty industry, having worked as a Global Brand Manager and Global Product Manager at Oriflame. Pernilla began their career at adidas, where they held various marketing and communications roles, including Nordic Communications Manager and Marketing Assistant. Throughout their career, Pernilla has focused on developing brand and communication strategies, managing marketing campaigns, building relationships with key accounts, and ensuring premium execution of activities and events.

Pernilla Holmgren obtained a Master's degree in International Economics & Business Program from Linköping University, graduating in 2001. In 1998-1999, they also studied Marketing at Université Toulouse 1. In terms of additional certifications, Pernilla completed the "Using Questions to Foster Critical Thinking and Curiosity" course from LinkedIn in 2019, the "Digital Master Class - Digitalization" course from Hyper Island in 2017, and the "The Core - adidas Leadership program" from Amazing Leaders Nordic AB in the same year.
