Catherine Tyley

Catherine Tyley has extensive work experience in the field of trading and research. Catherine started their career at We The Curious as part of the Live Science Team in 2009, and later joined AGBAR for a Year in Industry Placement from 2011 to 2012. In 2016, they worked as a Research Student at CERN. Catherine then moved into the trading industry, starting as a Trader at MiQ from 2016 to 2019. Catherine was promoted to Senior Trader in 2019 and later became a Trader Manager in 2020. In 2022, they were promoted again to Trading Director and, most recently, to Trading Strategy Director in 2023.

Catherine Tyley's education history begins with their GCSEs at St Mary Redcliffe & Temple School from 2004 to 2009. Catherine then pursued their A Levels at Redcliffe Sixth Form Centre from 2009 to 2011. After completing their A Levels, Catherine enrolled at Imperial College London, where they obtained a BSc in Physics from 2012 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Catherine has obtained several certifications. Catherine earned the Buy Side Platform certification from AppNexus in November 2016. Prior to that, in January 2012, they completed the Manual Handling Level 3 certification by The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA). Catherine also holds a Senior Sports Leader certification from Sports Leaders UK, which they obtained in June 2011.

More recently, Catherine has obtained certifications related to digital advertising and campaign management. Catherine completed the Campaign Manager Certification Exam from Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) in April 2021. In September 2022, they obtained the Display & Video 360 Certification Exam, also from Google Digital Academy (Skillshop). Their most recent certification is the Amazon DSP Certification, which they obtained in March 2023 from Amazon.
