Olivia Shaw has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Olivia currently works at MiQ, where they started in August 2020 as an Account Manager. Olivia then progressed to Senior Account Manager in April 2022 and is currently the Head of Account Management on a secondment. Prior to MiQ, Olivia worked at Regital, starting as a Client Services Assistant in April 2017 and moving up to Client Services Executive in January 2018. Olivia eventually became a Client Services Manager in September 2019 and stayed with the company until July 2020. Olivia also has experience in the retail sector, having worked at Marks and Spencer as a Customer Sales Assistant/Events staff from October 2016 to February 2017. Olivia also worked briefly as a Personal Style Adviser during this time. Before that, Olivia gained front-of-house experience at Las Iguanas from October 2013 to October 2016 and at the Best Western PLUS West Retford Hotel from May 2012 to September 2013.
Olivia Shaw received their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Sheffield Hallam University, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. Prior to attending university, they completed their secondary education at Tuxford Academy from 2009 to 2011. After completing their Bachelor's Degree, Olivia obtained a certification as a Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in July 2021.
