Rhiannon Reilly Assoc. Cipd (She/Her)

Rhiannon Reilly started their career in 2016 as a Class Teacher at Teach First, where they managed a class of 30 students, a teaching assistant, and a learning support assistant. During this time, they also pursued a PGCE. This experience helped their develop strong people and time management skills that have proven transferable to their corporate career.

In 2018, Rhiannon joined Atos, initially as a Technical Project Manager, focusing on high-paced small-works projects for a critical healthcare client. Rhiannon managed a high volume of delivery-driven work while qualifying as a Prince2 practitioner. Rhiannon also trained new team members to work alongside their at pace.

In 2019, they transitioned into the role of Project Manager - Pre-Sales, overseeing larger, more complex business-critical internal projects for Atos. Rhiannon led an automation program and managed a project team across four work streams.

From 2020 to 2021, Rhiannon served as an HR Strategy Analyst at Atos, contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies within the organization. Rhiannon then took on the role of Human Resources Advisor and Recruitment Ops Manager in 2021, providing guidance and support in recruitment operations.

Currently, Rhiannon is employed at MiQ as a Global HR Project Manager, starting in 2022.

Rhiannon Reilly Assoc. CIPD (She/Her) has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of York, which they obtained from 2013 to 2016. Following their undergraduate education, they pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) with a focus on Teach First at Canterbury Christ Church University from 2016 to 2017.

Before entering university, Rhiannon completed their International Baccalaureate at Richmond upon Thames College from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Ursuline High School from 2007 to 2011, although the specific degree or field of study for these high school years is not mentioned.

In terms of additional certifications, Rhiannon has obtained a CIPD Level 5 certification from CIPD in August 2022. Rhiannon also completed PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training from PeopleCert in April 2019.
