Robert C. Whitehouse has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Robert C. began their career in 2004 as a Front End Coordinator/Customer Service Coordinator at Christmas Tree Shops. Robert C. then worked as a Retail Allocations Specialist and Store Communications/Operations Specialist at Cornell Trading, Inc. In 2006, they became a Legal Records Manager at Paul Frank + Collins P.C.

From 2009-2011, Robert worked as a Human Resources Associate at Senior Health Partners, Inc and as a Senior Organizational Development Associate at Retensa. In 2011, they joined Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP as a Professional Development Coordinator, where they supported associate professional development.

In 2012, Robert served as a Talent Development Associate at The Dentsu Network, where they acted as a Jr. Recruiter for various roles. Following this, they held multiple roles at dentsu mcgarrybowen, including Learning & Development Manager, Associate Director of Learning & Development, and Director of Learning & Development.

Robert then joined Brooklyn College in 2015 as an Adjunct Lecturer and taught until 2019. Robert C. then returned to the corporate world and held the position of Head of Learning & Development, North America at MiQ in 2017. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of VP of Talent, North America, and in 2021, they became the SVP of Talent - USA at MiQ. As of 2023, they are currently the SVP of Talent - EMEA & North America at MiQ, responsible for delivering high-quality people strategy and partnering with specialists to ensure consistent standards of delivery.

Robert C. Whitehouse has a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University. Robert C. also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and English from the University of Vermont. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Robert obtained a High School Diploma from Holderness School. In addition to their formal education, Robert has achieved several certifications. Robert C. received a Certificate in Organizational Design from Cornell University in September 2022. In May 2020, they obtained an Adult Mental Health Aware Certification from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England. In July 2019, they completed a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion for HR at Cornell University. Furthermore, Robert has obtained Hogan HDI, HDS, and MVPI Assessments from Hogan Assessment Systems in June 2016.
