Lou Roban has a long and impressive career in the field of operations and project management. In 1995, they began working at Siemens as an APSC Project Manager and Senior Member Technical Staff, APS Coordination. In 2004, they moved on to become the Director of Operations at Sir Speedy, Inc., where they were responsible for controlling all facets of the business and creating and executing integrated multi-media marketing campaigns. In 2016, they became an Entrepreneur and Account Specialist at Self-employed, where they were promoted to the Truck Division and was responsible for defining and streamlining all processes for onboarding new accounts. Also in 2016, they became the Director of Opportunities at the Austin PMI Chapter, where they assisted members and partner companies to locate and fill career positions. Finally, in 2020, they joined mIQroTech as the VP of Employee Relations and PMO, Deputy Operations Officer, and Vice President Operations, before retiring in the same year.

Lou Roban obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Franklin University between 1980 and 1984. Subsequently, they obtained a Masters Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University between 2000 and 2003. In 2015, they obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. Additionally, they hold a Master Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University.
