Roberto Pulido

Roberto Pulido has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Roberto is currently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MIRA, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to this, Roberto served as the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at MIRA from April 2019 to November 2021. Roberto also held the role of Executive Vice President (EVP) of Development from January 2017 to April 2019, and Vice President (VP) of Development from January 2015 to January 2017, where they oversaw the development of MIRA projects and managed the predevelopment and project management areas.

Before joining MIRA, Roberto held various positions at different companies. Roberto was the Managing Director of Nuevo Sur, a mixed-use community in Monterrey, where they led a team of over 50 professionals and managed the sales, marketing, accounting, finance, construction, and development teams. Roberto also worked as a Senior Associate and Associate at MIRA, where they played a key role in real estate investments, underwriting, due diligence, negotiation, closing, and the formation of the Asset Management practice.

In addition to their experience at MIRA, Roberto worked as a Consultant at Angel Ventures Mexico from February 2009 to December 2010. Roberto also pursued their education at MIT Sloan School of Management, where they were a student from August 2006 to June 2008. Prior to that, they served as a Summer Associate at Black Creek Group in 2007.

Roberto's early career includes their role as a Financial Analyst at BCBA Impulse, a real estate private equity and development firm. In this role, they analyzed new project feasibility, performed company valuation analysis, created financial models, supervised the debt application process, participated in negotiations with lenders, and developed quarterly board reports.
