Jake Kelley

With experience as a Managing Partner at Waterloo Real Estate Capital, Head of Capital Markets at Wander, and various roles in companies like JLL, Petros PACE Finance, Terra Capital Partners, Lehman Brothers, and Morgan Stanley, Jake has a strong background in commercial real estate investment, debt & equity advisory, mezz lending, C-PACE lending, CMBS, and global real estate. Jake holds a BBA in Finance from Texas McCombs School of Business.
