Kenneth E Lee

Kenneth E. Lee has an extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. KENNETH is currently the SVP & General Counsel at Mirabito Energy Products, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at Wilkes University from January 2016 to May 2022. From September 2018 to March 2022, they served as a Mergers & Acquisitions Counsel, and from December 2010 to August 2018, they held the position of General Counsel at Benco Dental.

Before their time at Benco Dental, Kenneth worked at Gentex as a Corporate Counsel from 2003 to 2010. From 2001 to 2003, they were the Vice President, Secretary, and General Counsel at Commonwealth Telephone Enterprises. KENNETH also worked at Gentex as the Director of Administration and In-House Counsel from 1995 to 2001.

Kenneth began their career in public service as a State Representative at The Pennsylvania House of Representatives, where they served from 1988 to 1994.

Kenneth E Lee attended Yale University from 1979 to 1983 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Following this, they pursued their legal education at Penn State Dickinson Law from 1984 to 1987, where they obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law.
