Eric Parker has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Eric started their career as an IT Supervisor at Sunn Classic Pictures in 1977 and then moved on to City National Bank as a Vice President in 1978. In 1981, they joined University Group, Inc as a Vice President and later became the Director of Information Systems at Fishking Processors in 1986. Eric then worked as a Regional IT Manager at RR Donnelley & Sons from 1995 to 1998. From 1998 to 2005, they served as the VP of MIS at Hedstrom Corporation. In 2006, they joined Accenture Corporation as an IT Solutions Manager and finally became the Director of Information Technology at Little Lady Foods in 2007.
Eric Parker attended St. Peter's School from 1965 to 1969. Later on, from 1973 to 1975, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political Science at the University of Kentucky.
