Currently serving as the Manager of Training & Organizational Development at Miracapo Pizza Company since 2018, Lisa oversees training initiatives and HR projects, including recruitment and onboarding. As the Principal Consultant at Childs Training Network since 1991, Lisa specializes in inclusion, diversity, and leadership skills, providing tailored consulting services. Previous roles include a Consultant at Korn Ferry Hay Group and a Job Search Coach at Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc. Additionally, Lisa held administrative positions at Premark International, focusing on education programs and compliance with AA/EEO regulations.
