Clay Hardy has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Clay started their career in 1999 working in a political campaign until 2016. In 2003, they also worked as a representative for NMFN until 2005. In 2008, Clay became a co-owner and chief of operations at Mid-South Hearing, LLC and also opened their own franchise called Miracle-Ear Hearing Care Center, where they served as a franchisee and board certified hearing aid specialist. In 2017, they briefly worked as a men's skin care consultant for Rodan and Fields Dermatology. In 2018, Clay became the co-owner and operations manager at Miracle-Ear, Inc. Throughout their career, they have gained extensive experience in managing operations, providing hearing aid services, and consulting in the skincare industry.

Clay Hardy earned their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Mississippi College in 2003.
