Michael Bethel

Michael Bethel serves as the Vice President of Sales and Operations at Miracle-Ear, Inc. since March 2024, following a tenure as Director of Operations at Beall Inc. DBA Miracle Ear from May 2022 to March 2024 and as Regional Operations Manager at the same company from August 2016 to May 2022. Previous experience includes serving as District Operations Manager at LA Fitness from July 2009 to April 2016, where responsibilities included managing 35 locations across multiple states and addressing escalated customer issues. Michael’s career also involved roles as District Manager at H&R Block, where significant profitability improvements were achieved, and at Public Storage, where operational excellence led to ranking within the top company facilities. Additionally, experience as Area Coach for The Twins Group LLC (Pizza Hut) involved overseeing multiple restaurant operations. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics, both from the University of Cincinnati.
