Prior to this, they served as the Senior Marketing Manager at Miraclon Corporation, where they played a key role in developing and implementing marketing initiatives.
Before joining Miraclon Corporation, Laird-Williams worked at Eastman Kodak Company for a significant period of time. Their roles at the company included Americas Marketing Manager for the Flexographic Packaging Division, where they developed marketing strategies and implemented various programs to drive sales opportunities. Michele also held positions such as Public Relations, Advertising & Association Manager and Executive Director of Graphics Users' Association, where they focused on strategic public relations and external communications campaigns. Additionally, they served as the Customer Marketing Manager for the Packaging Segment and Executive Director of the Graphic Users' Association, where they worked on customer communications and marketing for new product launches.
Laird-Williams also held various roles at Kodak Polychrome Graphics, including Eastern Zone Business Director, where they were responsible for sales and service teams across the Eastern United States and Canada, and General Manager and Business Director of Canada, where they led the integration of three independent companies to form a new business entity.
