Alessa Ramos

Alessa Ramos is an experienced educator and business consultant with a strong background in academic support and leadership development. Currently serving as a Learning Coach and Supplemental Instruction Mentor at MiraCosta College, Alessa has effectively implemented online training, mentored new leaders, and developed training materials since July 2020. Previous roles include working as a Supplemental Instruction Mentor at California State University San Marcos, where Alessa assisted with supervisory tasks and marketing campaigns to enhance student engagement. Alessa also contributed to ATEC Global's expansion into China as a Business Consultant and played a key role in facilitating supplemental instruction for at-risk courses during earlier tenure at MiraCosta College.
