Mina Hernandez, M.Adm., serves as the Director of Purchasing, Contracts & Material Management at MiraCosta College since October 2020. Previously, Mina held the position of Executive Director of General Services for the West Valley-Mission Community College District, where leadership was provided in procurement, contracts administration, risk management, and warehouse/mailroom operations. Additional experience includes managing purchasing and contract services at Antelope Valley College and serving as a Contracts Analyst at The University of Arizona, where Mina oversaw non-sponsored contract administration. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Project Management from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Arizona State University, supplemented by a certification in Legal Studies from Phoenix College.
