Gonzalo Babío

Gonzalo Babío is the current Chief Financial Officer at Mirada Plc. Gonzalo has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Prior to their current position, they were the Executive Finance Director for The Walt Disney Company from March 2005 to March 2015. In this role, they oversaw the finance and accounting for the Home Entertainment, Live Shows, and Motion Pictures businesses. Gonzalo also managed the franchise finance and marketing budgets. From January 2010 to December 2011, they were the Executive Finance Director for The Walt Disney Company's Retail business. Prior to joining The Walt Disney Company, Gonzalo spent 10 years at Electronic Arts as the Finance Director for Spain and Portugal, Iberia and Latin America, and South Europe. Gonzalo also served as the Controller for South Europe and Project Manager for the Sabarnes Oxley Certification for Electronic Arts Europe.

Gonzalo Babío studied business administration at the University of Deusto, where they obtained their bachelor's degree. Gonzalo then pursued an Executive MBA at IESE Business School. After that, they completed a Program for Executive Development at IMD.

Gonzalo Babío reports to José Luis Vázquez, Chief Executive Officer. They work with Roszana Dalati - VP of Marketing, José Gozalbo - Chief Technology Officer, and Nuria Lahuerta - VP Human Resources.
