Previously, Karla founded SDB Residential Real Estate from 2004 to 2012, establishing one of the youngest women-owned firms in New York City that ranked in the top 10% of female-owned firms nationally. Early in their career, Karla was a Confidential Assistant at the Office of Management and Budget during the Clinton administration from July 2000 to January 2001.
