Kasperi Kauhanen

Kasperi Kauhanen has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Product Manager at Miradore since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Miradore as a Project Manager and Product Owner from March 2019 to August 2022. Before joining Miradore, Kasperi worked at KWD Digital as a Project Manager from January 2016 to March 2019, where they were responsible for project management, client management, and leading the development process. Kasperi also gained experience as a Project Trainee at Tietosaimaa avoin yhtiö from November 2015 to January 2016. Additionally, Kasperi was a part of the Aedo Group, a cooperation they founded during their Bachelor's Degree program, where they learned about entrepreneurship through trial and error. Kasperi worked at Aedo Group from March 2012 to June 2015. In 2013, Kasperi worked as a Summer School Assistant at Saimaa University of Applied Sciences, managing various projects for ICT-engineering students. Kasperi'searliest work experience was in sales at Elisa from February 2011 to September 2011.

Kasperi Kauhanen completed their Bachelor's Degree from Saimaa University Of Applied Sciences, specializing in ICT entrepreneurship, from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they served in the military as a Sergeant from 2010 to 2011. In terms of secondary education, Kasperi attended Vuoksenniska High School from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained a certification for Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in May 2023.
