Paul Sumich has extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Paul began their career at Eurodis as a Group Software Support, where they provided support for Eurodis Group Software and managed tasks related to logging and resolving software faults. Paul then moved on to Eurodis Information Systems PLC, where they served as an Internet Services Consultant and later as part of the Group Implementation team. At Eurodis Information Systems PLC, Paul developed and maintained the company's hosted Group website, implemented internet and intranet infrastructure, and managed secure communications between internal and external nodes.

In 2000, Paul joined Matrix Applied Computing Ltd as an Internet Specialist, where they developed, implemented, and managed a new eCommerce venture with a focus on the B2B market. Paul then joined Vodafone New Zealand Ltd, where they held various roles including Internet Operations Technical Analyst, Team Manager for E&M Commerce, Technology Operations Team Manager, and Online Studio Manager. At Vodafone New Zealand Ltd, Paul was responsible for managing web production teams, delivering online content, overseeing service delivery for web and infotainment services, and providing technical leadership for online and mobile portal platforms.

After their time at Vodafone, Paul worked at Western Mailing Ltd as a Key Account Manager, where they managed and developed business relationships with key accounts, implemented growth strategies, and enhanced digital offerings. Paul then joined LPS Australasia as a Delivery Manager and later as a Project Manager, where they delivered professional services for New Zealand companies across various sectors.

Most recently, Paul worked at Auckland Transport as a Project Manager, where they led and managed projects within the organization. Currently, they are employed at Miradore as a Regional Account Manager for Australia, New Zealand, and APAC, where they help organizations with mobile device management and enterprise mobility solutions.
