James Oh

James Oh is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in equity research and actuarial analysis. Currently positioned as Senior Manager at Mirae Asset Global Investments since October 2021, James actively contributes to global equity research and serves as Junior Portfolio Manager for both the Global Growth Fund and the Global Innovative Growth Fund. Prior to this role, James was an Equity Research Analyst at Credit Suisse, specializing in technology, internet, gaming, and telecommunications sectors. James began their career at Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance, where responsibilities included actuarial analysis in various departments such as reinsurance and natural catastrophe risk management. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Actuarial Science and Economics from the University of Michigan, complemented by a diploma from Cranbrook Kingswood High School. James also served as a Sergeant in the Republic of Korea Army from July 2011 to April 2013.
