Ridhima Deopa

Ridhima Deopa has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as Sr Director at Mirafra Technologies since January 2016, with a progressive career that includes roles as Manager, Assistant Manager, Recruitment Team Lead, and Sr Manager in Talent Acquisition. Prior to this, Ridhima worked at CareerNet Technologies from December 2007 to December 2015, where the focus was on the full life cycle of recruitment for semiconductor clients as a Consultant and Sr Consultant. Ridhima's earlier experience includes a role as a QA/QC Officer at Ind-Swift Limited, where responsibilities involved procurement and vendor management.
