Roberto Betancourt

Roberto Betancourt currently serves as a Financial Analyst at Mirai Advisory, where responsibilities include analyzing reports related to foreign exchange positions for a global financial institution in Mexico and successfully implementing a new reporting system for directors and regulators. Prior to this role, Roberto was a Compensation Analyst at AgileThought, focusing on research and analytics to support employee benefit programs and developing counteroffers based on job market analysis. As an intern at Orbia Advanced Group, Roberto analyzed audit cases from over 30 countries and designed a Power BI dashboard to visualize more than 5,000 audit cases. Roberto holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Finance from Universidad Panamericana, completed in July 2022.
