Since December 2016, Sandra has been with Mirai Risk Tech, where responsibilities include overseeing HR procedures, managing recruitment across multiple countries, and coordinating training and development initiatives. Previously, Sandra worked as an HR Career Navigator at JVS Boston, empowering individuals from diverse backgrounds, and as an International Recruiter at binternational, focusing on hiring for career development abroad. Early career experience includes a role as a Psychological Evaluator at Jeiki and a Human Resources Intern at Free Holdings. Sandra holds multiple degrees in psychology and human resources management from respected institutions, including Universidad Camilo José Cela and Universidad del País Vasco.

Mirai Advisory is a niche consulting company focused mainly on balance sheet management -ALM, Liquidity, FTP, Capital, etc.- We have been designing and developing End-to-End solutions throughout the world for several years with great success. In 2016 we decided to go one step forward in our areas of expertise and decided to develop a new generation tool. Our goal was to take full advantage of current technologies in a way that would really create a big step in ALM. MAT is based on the experience of the real world, in what our clients and ourselves have wanted or dreamed, and does not come only from a laboratory.
