John Pawluk

John Pawluk has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. John started their career in 1988 at Cargill, Inc. as a Supervisor for Distributed Systems, leading a team responsible for developing and supporting POS systems for fertilizer sales and grain origination systems. John then became the Manager of Enterprise Distributed Systems, overseeing the development and support of various systems. In 1999, they were promoted to Global Product Manager, where they provided strategic leadership for the Network, Telephony, Identity Management, and Client Services portfolio.

In 2001, John moved on to work for IT Business Forum as a Cargill Representative, where they served as the Chairman in 2003 and facilitated CIO level discussions. John joined Oracle in 2007, initially as a Senior Principal Program Manager - M&A, and later held various roles, including Information Security Manager and Director of Service Strategy. At Oracle, they led teams responsible for privacy, vulnerability management, business continuity/disaster recovery, crisis management, privacy operations, compliance, ITSM transformation, service strategy, and executive strategy. Throughout their career, John has demonstrated leadership skills and expertise in cybersecurity, IT strategy, service management, and product management.

In 2023, they joined Mirai Security Inc. as a Senior Manager in Cybersecurity.
