Harshal Barge

Harshal Barge has a strong background in human resources, with over 15 years of experience in various roles. Harshal is currently working as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Miraj Entertainment Ltd, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the General Manager of Human Resources at Miraj Entertainment Ltd from October 2020 to April 2023. Before joining Miraj Entertainment Ltd, Harshal worked as the General Manager of Human Resources at Inox Leisure Limited from April 2018 to May 2020, and as the Senior Manager of HR from September 2015 to March 2018. Harshal also has experience as a Senior Human Resources Manager at The Phoenix Mills Ltd. from September 2014 to August 2015. Earlier in their career, Harshal held HR management positions at Ekta World Private Limited and NEO Modern Architects. Harshal began their professional journey as an Executive in Human Resources at Integreon and later worked as a Senior Officer in Human Resources at Goodlass Nerolac Paints Ltd.

From 2004 to 2006, Harshal Barge attended Savitribai Phule Pune University and obtained a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services.
