Berengere Houdart Bertaud

Berengere Houdart Bertaud currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel for Corporate, M&A, and Legal Affairs at Mirakl since March 2023, specializing in corporate governance documentation and employee equity management. Previously, during tenure at CMA CGM from October 2018 to March 2023, Berengere managed a corporate team, overseeing corporate work for 30 subsidiaries in the Air Freight Division. Prior experience includes founding Recomércio, an enterprise focused on the recovery and recycling of electronic devices, and roles at ALCATEL-LUCENT and EXONHIT THERAPEUTICS, handling corporate law and securities matters.
