Miramar Farms is a dedicated retreat and meeting space on the Half Moon Bay coast, designed specifically for corporate and community leaders. Rooted in nature and grounded in purpose, our venue supports high-performing executive teams with immersive leadership development experiences.

We host and facilitate strategic offsites—or partner seamlessly with external facilitators to support your agenda. While our name honors the land’s agricultural roots, we are not a public-facing farm or event venue. This is a place for meaningful work, intentional gathering, and lasting transformation.
