In addition, Andrew serves as a Partner at Deepsky since April 2020, focusing on enhancing leadership performance for clients facing critical challenges. Previous experience includes Principal at eg.1, Director at XB Associates Ltd, and Executive Consultant at Badenoch and Clark, specializing in executive search across various sectors such as professional services, technology, finance, and investment management. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree from the University of Bristol, completed in 2000.
