Ahmad Refaay has accumulated extensive experience in inventory management and customer service within the hospitality and retail sectors. Currently serving as a Receiving Officer at voco® Dubai, an IHG Hotel since May 2024, Ahmad previously worked as a Receiving Clerk at Miramar Al Aqah Beach Resort and as a Storekeeper at Jaz Hotel Group and Rixos Hotels in Egypt. Ahmad's early career includes a role as a Sales Cashier at Farag Car Paints, demonstrating strong skills in cash handling and customer interactions. Ahmad holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Damanhour University, completed in 2019.
