Ap Brian D. Koetter Aia

Brian D. Koetter AIA, LEED AP has extensive work experience in the architecture and design industry. Brian D. is currently the Design Director at Miranda Construction since June 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at H&H Design-Build starting in May 2019. From October 2017 to May 2019, they served as the Market Director for Health and Wellness and also worked as a Project Manager and Senior Architect at Luckett & Farley from August 2016 to October 2017. Before that, they worked as an Architect at Stengel Hill Architecture, Inc. from December 2007 to February 2016 and as a Project Architect at Godsey Associates Architects from 2005 to 2007. Brian D. started their career as a Project Architect at H&H Design-Build from 1996 to 2005.

Brian D. Koetter AIA, LEED AP obtained their High School Diploma from Saint Xavier High School from the year 1986 to 1990. Brian D. then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Kentucky from the year 1990 to 1996. Brian D. Koetter AIA, LEED AP has also obtained several additional certifications including LEED AP from USGBC-CCGBC in October 2007, NCARB Certificate Holder from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) in June 2002, and Registered Architect from the State of Kentucky in November 2001.
