Alicja Kwiatkowski

Alicja Kwiatkowski, LLM, CIPP/E, CIPM is a legal professional with extensive experience in data protection and corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel EMEA and Group Data Protection Officer at Mirantis since June 2022, Alicja oversees legal matters for the EMEA region within a global operation of approximately 700 employees. Previously, Alicja held the position of Head of Legal at Iptor from August 2019 to June 2022, managing legal affairs for a company of around 250 employees. Between September 2011 and August 2019, Alicja worked as Legal Counsel for Sovos EMEA, contributing to the integration of TrustWeaver AB post-acquisition. Earlier roles include legal internships at Eversheds Sutherland Poland and Linklaters Warsaw. Alicja's educational background includes a Master of Laws in European Intellectual Property Law from Stockholm University, a Master of Arts in Law from the University of Warsaw, and a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies from the National Defence University of Warsaw, with ongoing studies at the Centre for American Law at the University of Warsaw and Emory University.
