Esther Klein

Esther Klein has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Esther started their career as an Assistant Facilities Manager at Fox-Pitt, Kelton in 2002 and later moved on to a similar role at Swiss Re in 2003. In 2006, Esther joined Goldman Sachs International as an Assistant and worked there until 2009.

In 2009, they transitioned to the role of Deputy Centre Manager at Whittington Park Community Association. Esther then worked as a Temporary Office Manager/PA at Stone Harbor Investment Partners in 2010.

In the same year, they began their tenure at Canonical, where they served as a Corporate Services Administrator, responsible for analyzing processes and creating new workflows to improve efficiency. During their time at Canonical, Esther also held roles such as People and Culture Administrator and Operations Analyst.

From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Commercial Operations Manager at Weaveworks, overseeing business operations support and collaborating with various internal teams to improve overall company effectiveness. In 2022, they were promoted to Director of Business Operations, a role in which they continued to drive the success of commercial teams and enhance commercial workflows and processes.

Most recently, Esther joined Mirantis in 2024 as the Director of Business Operations EMEA, where they are focused on overseeing business operations in the EMEA region.

Esther Klein attended Leeds Beckett University from 1998 to 2000. The degree name and field of study for this period are not provided. In 2011, they also completed the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner program at Datrix Training.
