Rick Hamilton

Rick Hamilton has a strong background in financial and tax-related roles. Rick started their career as a tax partner at Grant Thornton LLP in 1980 and held that position until 2008. From 2008 to 2013, they worked as a Tax Principal at HLB Gross Collins, P.C. and then became Of Counsel at the same company until 2014. In 2014, they started their own company, Rick Hamilton, LLC, where they worked as a CPA/Tax and Business Advisor until 2017. From 2014 to present, they have also served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at MIRASCO.

Rick Hamilton earned a Master of Accounting (MAcc) degree in Accounting from Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business between 1976 and 1979.
