Bruce C. Wacha

Bruce Wacha currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at B&G Foods since August 2017. Prior to this role, Bruce Wacha held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Amira Foods from June 2014 to August 2017, where Amira Nature Foods Ltd was recognized as a leading global provider of Indian specialty rice. Bruce Wacha's earlier experience includes tenure in investment banking with Deutsche Bank Securities and Merrill Lynch, focusing on the Global Consumer Group, as well as time in equity capital markets at Prudential Financial. Bruce Wacha earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Columbia University between 2002 and 2004 and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from the same institution from 1990 to 1995.
